I’ve been playing with the new color palettes and soft chalky pastels in a set I purchased for Christmas. I wanted to test the more flourescent hues of the bunch! This piece was rendered in soft pastels on sanded pastel paper. Soft pastel fixative was sprayed in light layers to seal color and reduce smudging.
